We are currently seeking a highly motivated, friendly; Customer Service Coordinator. Excellent customer service is an essential qualification for consideration. This position involves resolving customer issues, routing/scheduling service calls, responding to all calls/emails regarding service or repair, ordering furniture parts through various manufactures, communicating extensively with service technicians, customers and vendors, issuing claims for warranties, and other various duties.
