We are seeking a highly motivated and task-oriented Purchasing Assistant. This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday work week. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail oriented. This position requires a knowledge of retail purchasing processes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position involves writing and acknowledging purchase orders, ordering parts, filing and tracking claims, tracking incoming shipments, and performing price changes. This position also involves administrative duties and projects, therefore experience in an office setting would be ideal. We are looking for a team player with an eagerness to help round out our purchasing department.

Skills/ Requirements

High School Diploma or higher

Excellent phone skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)

Computer skills required

Knowledge of retail purchasing processes
