These pieces become a focal point within our customers’ homes and help shape and showcase their personalities. It takes salespeople who can really connect with a customer and recommend pieces that embody the vibe and functionality that completes a room. We are not in the business of high pressure sales, we are in the business of consulting with our customers to help them select pieces that make a statement.
Our sales team is made up of individuals from very diverse backgrounds. We have team members with extensive retail furniture experience, as well as those who are new to the industry, but have incredible customers service skills. Our sales professionals work a five day, 40 hour work week, allowing a more dependable schedule that supports work-life balance. We believe in rewarding and promoting great work, which is why our sales positions have the opportunity to continuously increase their earning potential through great performance. We offer training on the fundamentals of our business to get our teams up to speed on our processes and products, but allow each person to use their personal sales style when assisting our customers.
