Sign-On Bonus Available!
Earn up to $1,500 in bonuses:
- $500 after 90 days of employment
- $1,000 after 1 year of service
What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our furniture arrives safely, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading furniture deliveries safely and efficiently
- Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming merchandise
- Preparing products for shipment to stores and customers
- Using RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
- Reading manifests and verifying shipment accuracy
- Assisting with warehouse organization and maintaining a clean work environment
- Working closely with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Following all safety procedures and material handling guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing up to 75 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
