What We Are Looking For
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing/Web Administrative Assistant to join our marketing and website team. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. This individual would work at our Tucson showroom location and report to our Website and Digital Marketing Manager. Responsibilities
-Help monitor the status of the Web Team's ongoing website and digital marketing projects.
- Routinely audit Copenhagen’s website and digital platforms and make necessary updates to product pages and website templates.
-Organizing digital assets and content in cloud-based systems.
-Proofreading, reviewing, and submitting print and digital content.
-Review invoices and marketing budgetary items for accuracy and completion
-Responding to or facilitating responses to customer questions submitted through the company's website or email.
-Streamlining and contributing to team workflows whenever possible, for example stepping in to assist in product descriptions or executing a new project
-Entering product information, photos, links, and more into Copenhagen’s inventory management system
-Any other marketing and administration-related responsibilities assigned by the Website Digital Marketing Manager.
Skills/ Requirements
-A degree or previous experience in marketing, office administration, project management, or related field.
-Basic knowledge of how to use website editing software
-Experience using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and working in digital/cloud-based spaces (MS Teams, Zoom, Asana, etc.)
-Customer service experience
